Third-Party Sharing

Estate Guru: We share your information with Estate Guru for document preparation and attorney assignment. Estate Guru's privacy policy applies to their handling of your data.

Licensed attorneys: Your information is shared with the attorney assigned to your file for legal document preparation.

GoHighLevel / Assistable.ai: Our AI intake platform processes intake information under their respective privacy policies.

We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.

Data Security

Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access controls limit who within our organization can view your information. We conduct regular security reviews.

Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.

Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements (estate planning records may be retained per Arizona law).
